Mettrum is currently registering clients within 1-3 business days of submitting their documents online. You will be notified by email throughout each stage of the process.
Once you are fully registered, you will receive an email containing your registration document. Additionally you will contacted by phone letting you know your registration has been completed and that you can place your first order.
The Medical Document does have to be an original, but Mettrum has the ability to receive original Medical Documents through our online portal. Your physician can submit your signed Medical Document for you by creating a Physician Account.
Alternatively, your Physician can submit your medical document through Sfax. Sfax is a secure fax that is compliant with Health Canada regulations. You can Sfax us at 888-212-0560.
Medical documents may also be mailed to:
P.O. BOX 68 Bowmanville
Bowmanville, ON L1C 3K8
While in the registration process, we do suggest making a copy of your medical document for your records in the event you’re approached by law enforcement.
Yes you can be registered with more than one licensed producer at a time, as long as you are not providing the same medical document to both. In order to register with Mettrum, we require the original medical document completed by your prescribing doctor.
The sticker label is not your Mettrum card. As mandated by Health Canada, we duplicate the client label for each order. You may use this duplicate label on your own container should you choose to store your medicine elsewhere, or you can affix it to your Mettrum Client Card, and keep it on your person anytime you are in possession of your Mettrum medical cannabis. The Mettrum Client Card is a hard wallet-size card. If you did not receive this with the first order placed under your prescription, please call Mettrum at 1-844-638-8786.
With every shipment of medical marijuana that registered Mettrum clients receive, a spare client label is provided, in addition to the one which is affixed to the bottle. This label contains relevant information regarding the client’s registration with Mettrum, including their unique identification number and the amount of medical marijuana that their physician prescribed. This documentation is what verifies that a client is legally allowed to possess their prescribed amount of medical marijuana. Clients may affix this label to the plastic, wallet-sized Mettrum medical client identification card that they receive with their first order or to a separate container in which they intend to store or transport their medical marijuana. Anytime that a registered client is in possession of Mettrum medical marijuana, they must ensure that they do have their client identification label on their person.
We're here to make your initial registration and ongoing experience with Mettrum as easy and enjoyable as possible. It is our ongoing commitment to keep you informed and confident throughout the entire ordering process.
